How To Cancel a Service

Should the Customer (Traveler) cancel, in whole or in part, the arranged travel service prior to the start of the journey, or should he not take the travel service, in whole,  or in part, a written notice should be provided at least 30 days before the travel date.


Notes on the Payment Terms and Conditions acknowledged, confirmed and approved by the travelers stated in the Confirmation of Booking shall be observed and Refund Policy may apply, less the expenditures or a contractually agreed-upon cancellation fee incurred between D Juanderers Travel Hub and counter parts (e.g. hotel/accommodation/ tour operators / transport service providers.)
